Fallout New Vegas - Jill Valentine Mod Release 1.3 by lsquall Fallout New Vegas - Jill Valentine Mod Release 1.3 by lsquall

Fallout New Vegas version
Type 6 Modification Body - Not required but recomended, the head model was created for that body.
Link to the Type 6 Body Replacer:

This mods adds a playable Jill Valentine Race to the game. This mod also containes Jill voice Replacer made by my friend. Anyway, there are 3 versions of Jill:
- Jill Blonde RE5 Hair
- Jill Brunette RE3 Hair.
- Jill Brunette RE5 Hair + Face MakeUp.
During the technical issues, the face skin tone is not changeable, so you need to regulate it yourself. The best way to do it is: start a new game, finish creating your character, go outside the Doc Mitchells house, see if the body skin is different. Open console with "~" key, and enter this command "showracemenu", continue to changing your skin tone till the body tone would look good. Why i think this is the best way? Well, coz if you use this command during your current game when your character is higher then Level 1, then you may lose your maximum carry weight or other character parameters. For example your carry weight can be reduced from 250 to 220 etc. Remember, it happens only when your character is higher then Level 1, so its better to use it at the start of the game when your level is 1.
All rights belongs to Capcom.
Italian_Utent - RE3 Hair model.
Satyr - HD face textures for blonde Jill.
Tenion - Jill voice and SFX replacer.
Me aka Solid_Snake aka xxShepardxx - Models editing, textures editing, UVMap Editing, Generating .tri and .egm files, Creating a races.
And sorry if i missed anyone, i still cant understand who actually made Jill Makeup face texture.

Ok so for those needing help to match up the skin tone well I can do that, but its going to be tricky.  You'll need a little knowledge of the geck first, and a different texture set than the one that's included, like the one from zzjay's type 3 textures mod on the nexus is just one such set.  Just get the stuff for the body and hands, don't need the head parts really.  Once you've got those installed you need to open this mod's esp up in the geck go to character click on race, select the jill race you want to use then go to the body tab and click texture edit buttons for the body and hands and redirect them to use your newly installed textures, once finished save the esp and exit the geck.  Now why do you need to different skin texture?  Cause the one included is a bit dull and that new one I pointed to is a bit brighter and matches better with the head.  Now once all this done your ready to go into the race menu and try to get this thing even.

I don't have any pictures to upload to help with this because despite using a computer for aslong as I have I still haven't learned to upload pictures to websites and stuff that are actually large enough to see and not those tiny ones, so I'll provide you with some instructions instead.  If someone that is handy with uploading pictures and followed my instructions well enough wants to upload a picture to better represent how to do this that'd be nice.

Ok the only sliders you need to really screw with are Shade, Blue tint, and Yellow Tint.  Lets start with Shade, move that slider to where it is positioned literally just above the "t" in "Yellow Tint" and do your best to keep it there while screwing with the other two.  Now on to Blue Tint, position its slider just underneath the "n" in "Blue Tint" right in the middle under the "n" between its legs (giggity) and do your best to keep it there.  Now Yellow Tint, get it positioned between the "n" and "t" in "Yellow Tint" leaning more towards the "t" and your done.  None of this has be really spot on for it to work, infact no matter what its never really going to seem right aslong as you can see that seem between the neck and body, so get a neck concealer to cover that damn thing and you won't notice much of a difference between the color of the head and body.

Oh I should also note that these instructions may only apply to the two Jill race using the brunette ponytail.  I have not looked to see if this would work well with the other races which look a bit more on the pale side to me, but who knows it might, hell may even be a totally perfect match.  I also ran around in the game for about an hour and a half putting my character under various types of exterior and interior lighting and tweaking the sliders and this was about as close to perfect as I could get it.

Ok update, since I can't seem to edit my original post, just gives me a hide option.  Disregard paragraphs 3 and 4 of my original post.  Here are much simpler instructions for the skin tone.  The only two sliders you need to mess with are "Blue Tint" and "Shade."  This is going by you not having messed with the sliders at all after having picked the race, start by moving the bar for blue tint so that it is directly under the left (first) leg of the "n" in blue tint, don't worry about the slider for yellow tint moving, it will end up exactly where it needs to be.  Once your done with the blue tint slider go to shade and move it so that it is dead even with (directly above) the slider for yellow tint, if you can't tell if it is or not use something with a straight edge to help line it up, like your phone, a ruler, or a pencil.  Note when move the shade slider the blue tint slider will move one click when you do this, don't worry about it its fine it will end up where it needs to.  Once you've done this your finished, grab your favorite neck concealer and go shoot some feral ghouls or something.

Oh and this works for all 3 of the races, Jill RE5, Jill RE3 and the blonde.

can't download the new release help!
RevanFanMan Featured By Owner Edited Jun 10, 2015
I can't get this to work I tried installing it through NMM, manual, and FOMM nothing works. By not working I mean the mod does not show up in my load order even though I have it activated nor does it show up on the list of races in the character creation. I got the Miranda Race to work just fine though.

How do you install type 6 mod, I have tried manual and Nexus Mod Manager and there are still bugs, plus does the outfit come with it?
jynx474 Featured By Owner Jan 6, 2015
As ISweepy said, install the type3 body first using nexus mod manager and let the meshes from the T6M body overwrite... Then run archive invalidation (… to make sure the textures show up

As for the outfit, it's the T6M combat uniform that you can also download on the nexus (… You can buy it(them) form Chet in the good springs general store
AbsolutePancake Featured By Owner Mar 28, 2015
Well thanks for the reply, but I kinda figured it out like 2 years ago.
ISweepy Featured By Owner Nov 14, 2013
the method I found of getting the Type6 Body to work is to install a Type3 body first then have Type6 override the files it needs to (I use Nexus Mod Manager as wel)
ISweepy Featured By Owner Oct 27, 2013
God this is so awesome, I want this just so I can play her through the entire campaign...any chances of doing Claire or Rebecca (fingers crossed but I am happy with Jill all the same)
rclogins Featured By Owner Oct 3, 2013
can you use this as a follower?
ROG226 Featured By Owner Jan 15, 2014
Yeah you just open up the geck and change the face of any npc you want to this preset. You could also make a new companion, either with something like NosCo or on your own. Either way, you need to set the race of the npc to the corresponding Jill preset before you actually set the template to Jill. Trust me on that last one caused a lot of problems.

Hey isquall, could you please make a Mikhael Skin? You have the UBSC armor?
HiSpeedEmperor Featured By Owner Apr 11, 2013  Student General Artist
Can I tweak her face in GECK? Her nose is a bit too big/wide for my taste. It's bugged me in RE too. Or is the mesh locked like that? > 3 >
GustavoArmando Featured By Owner Mar 16, 2013
Great work on Jill you should consider making your mods companions.
HiSpeedEmperor Featured By Owner Apr 11, 2013  Student General Artist
Pretty easy to make companions though. Just without the scripts so you'll have to download companion mods like the remote control companions or something along those lines.
Gavicimal Featured By Owner Mar 5, 2013
Where can i find this armor?

Does it come with the Mod?

Or do i have to Download it somewhere else? Either way Assistance would be GREATLY appreciated.

Thanks in Advance!

hi uhm...i nid some help...i already downloaded the type 6 body replacer and jill's mod...but after i install it in my nexus mod manager...i don't see it on my plugins and i cant find jill in my race menu..plss help
ROG226 Featured By Owner Jan 15, 2014
I did this too. The file that you download actually has 2 other archives in it, so you either have to open the archive and save the 2 inside to a different location, then add them to NMM, or just open them and install them manually.

Is it possible to change the hair style because i like the jill with the make up but I like the short hair style on jill with brunett hair and no make up.

Hey great and awesome mod!! :D Love it i just bought FONV and wanted a good mod and ding found it haha!! :) But having slight problem everything is installed through Nexus Mod Manager and i downloaded Type 6 Modification Body as well as the Type 6 Combat Uniform then downloaded your file and placed the race and voice file in there location, Now all is well just the color of her face looks really pale compared to the picture here.. I clicked on the link for your new release and watched the video in the description called "FalloutNV - Jill Valentine Release Video Demonstration" When you did the faces i did the "Shade = 229" / "Flushed = 200" / Blue Tint = 86 & Yellow Tint = -29 but still look pale as a ghost D: i really really want to make mine look just like yours as its so uber awesome :3 lol Also in that "FalloutNV - Jill Valentine Release Video Demonstration" What type of idle or animation mods do you use also weapon mods if any, Thank you in advance!

Below if a image of my character!

One problem may be with your fallout.ini file in "My games" open it up and see search for "bloadfacegenegtfiles" and see if it is set to 1 or 0. It should be set to 1 and that will solve a ton of the mismatched skin texture problems.
EdinMG Featured By Owner Jul 31, 2012

P.S.: I'm wondering if you or anybody else knows where can I get Jill battlesuit from RE5 to use in FNV ?!?
